30 Year Fitness Professional

Previous roles include 20 year’s Certified Personal Trainer – Martial Arts Black Belt – Gym Owner – Director of Personal Training 15 Club Franchise.

Chris started creating exercise programs for truck drivers back in 2004. In 2014 he began to combine exercise routines with motivational and educational content so drivers could take a fitness coach with them on the road. The Fit4Truckers program was created to empower truck drivers to take control of their health and well-being, and to provide them with the daily inspiration and support necessary to achieve and maintain fitness success.

Professionally designed 12-week Truck Driver Specific beginner exercise routine. Featuring expertly written instructions, captioned pictures, and video demonstrations of all exercises. Adjustable for any fitness level – it meets you where you’re at, and slowly builds your confidence while maintaining motivation.

Nutrition

Practical nutritional tips that work for a truck driver’s unique lifestyle and environment. Built on small steps that can be easily implemented. The goal is not to be perfect. It’s to strive to make better choices; forgive yourself when you don’t, and to gradually shift towards healthier options for sustainable changes over time.

Staying motivated to exercise and eat healthier requires a positive mindset. We deliver short daily video messages to inspire, educate, and encourage a positive start to your day – a daily
reminder of your “why” that gets you focused, gets you started strong, and keeps you committed to your personal fitness goals.
